I am betting Liverpool here, Brighton are not playing that well this season, they may have more points but they are not playing to the same standard and the face a Liverpool side who are in great form, they can narrow the gap to Manchester City to just 3 points at the top of the table with a win. Brighton have only won 3 games in their last 22 Premier league matches and they have lost their last 4, it is difficult to see them causing an upset given their current form against this excellent Liverpool side who have so many attacking options. Manchester United vs Tottenham Hotspurs
I am reluctantly betting United here as i make them value, they were poor last weekend in the Manchester derby but maybe not as poor at the 4-1 result suggests they were, City played well and they were in the game only for some poor defensive moments. Spurs were flattered on Monday night with their win at home to Everton, not that they did not deserve to win by the score they won by but Everton played right into their hands with a naïve attacking line up that allowed Spurs the space where they love to run in behind. It is debatable how United set up but surely, they will be more tactically astute than Everton were on Monday night and they have played plenty of matches in their poor run of form where they have not been that bad, I think -0.25 at odds against is fair and worth a bet even if there is some trouble in the United camp, there will always be an expectancy on United playing at Old Trafford to win.

Huracan vs Godoy Cruz
Last Sunday, Huracan claimed a remarkable 1-0 away success at Boca Juniors thanks to a strike from Matias Coccaro in the second half. Following their second consecutive success in the Copa Liga Profesional, El Globo made it nine points and climbed into one of the qualifying spots in group B. Furthermore, Frank Kudelka’s men won five of their last seven matches at their own stadium, drawing one and losing one. All regulars are available to host Godoy Cruz on Saturday.
Godoy Cruz’s fans will have felt disappointed after the team’s 3-3 home draw against Independiente last Monday, having conceded the equaliser in the 82nd minute. Diego Flores’ men are showing improvements, but their campaign is still irregular, accumulating five points in as many matches in this competition. Having won only one of their last seven league games (three draws and three losses), El Tomba are occupying the last safe spot in the relegation table (five points above Patronato in 27th).
Huracan is in good form, they just come from a massively important win at Boca, and I expect them to continue this trend at home against the irregular Godoy Cruz.

Sarmiento vs Newell’s
Sarmiento continue producing a remarkable campaign in the Copa Liga Profesional. Last Saturday, they beat Patronato 1-0 away thanks to a strike from Jonatan Torres in the first half. It was their second win in a row and their third in five matches (along with one draw and one loss) to accumulate ten points, which makes them one of the group A leaders. Furthermore, Israel Damonte’s men leapfrogged Aldosivi and Godoy Cruz in the relegation table last weekend (to reach the 24th place). Sarmiento are unbeaten at home in this competition, having claimed two victories and one draw so far.
Newell’s Old Boys are starting to show improvements under coach Javier Sanguinetti. Last Sunday, the team thrashed Atletico Tucuman 4-0 at home to make it two victories in a row in the Copa Liga Profesional. As a result, La Lepra accumulated nine points in group A and are now trailing fourth-placed Sarmiento by one point. Newell’s also won their last away game (at Talleres) to break a seven-match winless streak of two draws and five defeats on the road. Left back Leonel Vangioni will miss one more game due to his muscle issues. Juan Sforza will replace Pablo Perez, who will be rested ahead of next Sunday’s city derby at Rosario Central considering he saw four yellow cards so far.
Sarmiento has been solid at home so I definitely like this odds at home against a Newell’s without Pablo Perez on the pitch.

Rosario Central vs Barracas Central
Rosario Central put an end to their two-match losing streak in the Copa Liga Profesional last time out, when they beat CA Central Cordoba 1-0 away thanks to a strike from Facundo Almada. Cristian Gonzalez’s men made it seven points in five games to climb into sixth place in the group B table, trailing fourth-placed Huracan by two. On a sorry note, El Canalla managed a single victory across their last four matches at Estadio Gigante de Arroyito, having drawn one and lost two in that spell. Striker Marco Ruben returns after missing the last game due to an ankle problem.
Barracas Central took their first three points in their return to the top flight last time out, when they beat Aldosivi 2-1 playing as hosts at Huracan: it was a happy debut for new coach Alfredo Berti as the team stopped the four-game losing streak with which they started the season. However, a single win is not enough to leave the bottom place of the relegation table. Of course, El Guapo are yet to earn points on away turf, having lost to CA Central Cordoba, Lanus and Colon so far.
Barracas has the worst defense so far with 10 goals conceded, and I expect this to continue as Rosario will have back legendary striker Marco Ruben.
