Iceland, for me, were flattered by their playoff win vs Israel and their victory over England at Wembley in a friendly leading up to the Euros. While they have improved, I don’t believe they should be such big favourites for this match. Montenegro, while not being a major team, have taken points off Hungary, North Macedonia at home, and beat Bulgaria home and away, which are all teams around the standard of their opponents tonight. They have nothing to fear against Iceland, and I believe they are a value bet to take something tonight in a tight game. I also think the goals are a bet as the match will play tighter than the betting market suggests it will.

France vs Italy

I am betting on Italy here. Italy were very poor at the Euros, but +1 against a French team missing some players is too much to give up on the handicap. The Italians will be motivated to start trying to obtain some positive results, and against a French side who may have a hangover from the Euros, I think +1 is worth a bet.
