France vs Belgium

I am betting France here when they face Belgium, I am anticipating a reaction from the French after a dreadful result v Italy and a rather poor and lacklustre Euro 2024 performance. Belgium have lost players since the Euros or have players currently unavailable to them namely their key striker Romelu Lukaku and there was a number of younger players given a chance v Israel on Friday and I think we will probably see the same tonight which should aid France’s chances.

Turkey vs Iceland

I am betting Iceland +1.25 here under 2.75 goals scored, Iceland are improving again and recorded another victory when they beat Montenegro 2-0, they face a Turkish side who are without Yimaz as he was dismissed against Wales on a 0-0 draw. Turkey give up plenty of chances and half chance in that game and a better team would have punished them and I would take heart if I was Iceland from that performances by Turkey that they will get chances tonight, however I think we will see Iceland coming with their low block formation and I think this game should play tighter than the market suggests it will.

Norway vs Austria

I am betting Austria here +0.25, it is as much an anti Norway bet as a pro Austrian one with Norway’s coach is under pressure at home because of performances, they were poor in Kazakhstan on Friday drawing 0-0 although they did miss a couple of major opportunities and now face a good side in Austria who drew away in Slovenia, the Austrians were impressive at the Euros and are worth a bet here +0.25. The Austrians opening their campaign with a fair draw in Slovenia if any of the teams were to win it it was probably going to be Austria, so happy to give the well coached Austrians a go.
