I am betting Liverpool here, they have gone with a very strong side and Klopp clearly wants to give players a run out after 2 weeks off and ahead of a return to Premier League games this coming week. Cardiff are missing players and there is no reason to not support Liverpool -2.75 at home, it will be a long day for the Welsh side who have clearly 1 eye on their upcoming championship game.

Nottingham Forest vs Leicester City
This is a midlands derby and sees Forest who knocked Arsenal out in the last round face the Foxes from Leicester in this round. Leicester has 2 important matches next week and it is expected some rotation will happen. Both sides are missing their starting strikers Grabban in the case of Forest and Vardy in the case of Leicester, If you can forgive and forget Forest’s last game away to Cardiff they are on an excellent run of form currently and should be supported +0.75.

Motherwell vs Celtic
I am betting Celtic here -1.5, I think they are a long long way ahead of the likes of any other team in Scotland and they proved that the other night with a comfortable 3-0 win against arch rivals Rangers. Motherwell flatter at times but this Celtic team could be the best Scottish team in a number of years and I expect Celtic to win this by a few goals even with a couple pf players missing. I am also adding the over 2.75 goals as a bet, It is not beyond possibility Motherwell score but Celtic just seem so good going forward that they could cover the goals handicap by themselves.

Rangers vs Hearts
I am betting Hearts +1.25, they are clearly the 3rd best team in the league but they face a Rangers side out of form, the pressure is on them and the fact Celtic could be 4 points ahead by kick off time will only increase that pressure and against a good Hearts side I think, they will be more than happy to record any sort of win and move on to the next match. With Rangers struggling to score goals I am adding the under 2.75 goals as a bet here, Hagi is a big loss for them in terms of creativity and I expect the game to play tighter than the betting markets suggest.

Bournemouth vs Boreham Wood
I am betting Boreham Wood +1.75 and also under 2.75 goals scored, Boreham are clearly a decent side for their league but they are a super defensive team, they have only conceded 15 goals this season in 25 games, their games have only averaged 2.13 goals per match. They face a Bournemouth side who spent a lot of money in the January transfer window and have made it clear they are only interested in promotion-chasing, so I would expect heavy rotation here from them. I think Boreham Wood +1.75 and Under 2.75 are the value bets.
