Argentine Primera División: Tips & Previews
Quick Tips
- Tigre vs Independiente Rivadavia — OVER 1.75 @ 1.81
- Talleres vs Boca — Talleres DNB @ 1.91
Tigre – Independiente Rivadavia
Tip: OVER 1.75 @ 1.81
Tigre have slipped into a winless patch recently, going six matches without a victory (four draws, two defeats) and sitting on 17 points. That said, they remain a tough nut to crack at home — unbeaten in their last 12 home matches (5 wins, 7 draws). David Romero returns to the starting lineup, which boosts their attacking threat.
Independiente Rivadavia come into this fixture in strong form. Their latest 2-0 win over Rosario Central was their second straight league victory, and they currently top Group B and the overall standings with 23 points. They’ve been impressive on the road recently too, unbeaten in their last five away matches (four wins, one draw), and they boast the league’s most potent attack with 18 goals scored.
With Independiente Rivadavia carrying attacking momentum and Tigre dangerous at home — plus Romero back — there’s a strong chance of at least two goals in this game. Bet: OVER 1.75 @ 1.81.
Talleres – Boca
Tip: Talleres DNB @ 1.91
Talleres are gradually finding form. A recent comeback 2-1 win away to Independiente (goals from Augusto Schott and Valentín Dávila) extended their unbeaten run to four league games and helped them reach 18 points in the Torneo Apertura. At home they’ve taken seven of the last nine points available, showing resilience in front of their fans.
Boca Juniors produced a solid 2-0 victory over Instituto (goals from Tomás Aranda and Adam Bareiro) but their run of seven unbeaten matches has included many draws — five draws and just two wins. Crucially, Boca face important absences: goalkeeper Agustín Marchesín is out for several months with a muscle tear; Santiago Ascacíbar and Exequiel Zeballos remain sidelined; and Leandro Paredes has just come off international duty with Argentina. Those missings, especially in midfield and between the sticks, reduce Boca’s stability.
Given Boca’s injury concerns and Talleres’ improving form at home, the safer outcome is to back Talleres with the Draw No Bet (DNB) cushion. Bet: Talleres DNB @ 1.91.
