Labour Favourite to keep Glasgow seat
Sunday, July 20th, 2008THE GLASGOW East by-election is shaping up to be the biggest betting by-election, with the odds suggesting that Labour are increasingly likely to hold this important seat. Hills currently make Labour 2/5 favourites to win the by-election, with bets of up to £2200 for them to win, while the SNP are now quoted at 7/4 with four £1000+ bets; the Conservatives are 33/1 and the Lib Dems 50/1.
