Denmark v Wales, Wednesday, BBC 2 Wales, 7:15pm
November 18, 2008 by Ben Filed under: Football
Wales travel to the Parken Stadion in Indre Østerbro in Denmark looking for a morale boosting performance. They were beaten 1-0 by Germany in their last World Cup qualifying game, and manager John Toshack may use this game to blood some of Wales’s exciting young players, especially as they have also been hit by injuries. Arsenal forward Aaron Ramsey is the most promising of Wales’s crop of young blood, and he will look to play some part in the game following Jason Koumas and Simon Davies withdrawal from the squad.
Denmark are big favourites at 1/2 with Centrebet, while Wales’s young side are the 5/1 outsiders with BGbet.
If Sam Vokes scores at anytime during Denmark v Wales, BGbet will refund all losing first goalscorer stakes on the match.
