Chelsea Odds for Champions League 3/1

Despite a great 0-0 draw in Barcelon, Chelsea are still only 3/1 third favourites to win the Champions League with William Hill, who still make Barcelona favourites at 2/1 with Man U 9/4 and Arsenal 7/2. ‘Chelsea still have to complete the job at home and we think Barca will fancy their chances of scoring at Stamford Bridge after spurning a couple of great chances in the first leg’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.

Chelsea are the only team to visit Barcelona this year and stop them scoring. Petr Cech pulled off a string of fine saves to stop the Catalans. The best chance of the game came to Drogba after a defensive error by the Barca defence let him through one on one with the keeper, who pulled off a spectacular double save.

After a good start, former Arsenal star. Henry was largest anonymous. Messi looked ordinary. Chelsea have a great chance of going through now and should really be favourites to progress. Bookmaker William Hill can not split them though and price both Barcelona and Chelsea at 5/6 to go through.
